Depending on the option selected in a dropdown box, make other options appear
or disappear, specifically based on the contents of a second, hidden field.

All work is to be done in a single Javascript file, and needs to work under
IE6+, Mozilla 2+ as well as recent versions of Opera and Safari. Code needs to
be very simple, and appropriately documented. All copywrite to the code will belong to client upon completion of the job.

The "dataset" variable will hold an arbitrary list of items, with the option
associated with each item being a number. This number may or may not appear in hidden field "cumulativeset", which will contain a comma separated field of numbers.
Depending on the values set in "cumulativeset", the outputformat will either display or hide the appropriate field in Output Format (Graph (Cumulative))

Only Minor changes can be made to the calling HTML code if neccessary. These changes need to approved prior to implementation of the Javascript.

Functionality required by dispatch.js:

1. When the Selected Option Value of "dataset" matches one of the
comma separated values in the hidden "cumulativeset" field, the
Output Format Field should contain the option "Graph (Cumulative)",
otherwise it should be missing this option.

2. When the Output Format is Set as any kind of graph, the Resolution field
should disappear.
