Create an opportunity and an activity from a button in a Word document. The client will open up a Word template, complete the details of the quote then click on a button on the toolbar which will display a custom box . The custom box will contain Opportunity and activity info to be completed.
Opp info required is
Opportunity name (picked up from the Word document), Value, Expected close date, Stage and quote number which is also picked up from teh Word template.

An Activty section to enable the User to ceate a follwup activity to the opportunity using the following fileds:
Type, Date, Time, duration, Contact, Regarding, Scheduled for. All of these fields exist under activities.

Once the opportinity and Activity has been entered the User is to click OK and an opportunity and activity are automatically created and diplyed under their repective tabs. Each can then be edited seperately.
