I require someone familiar with Joomla or another open source content management platform to put together a package including the combinations of the following:

- CMS
- CRM
- Email marketing/subscription manager. This database should be able to be profiled.
- Membership site with different levels of access
- Shopping cart
- newsletter
- sms
- rss
- social bookmarking
- Blog
- Forum/social network
- Backup
- photos
- videos

and any other functionality or features you can come up with to make the deal awesome for the client.

This could be ongoing work for the successful bidder, our company would provide the design, and your company would overlay it over the cms and install the back end features
