Human Resources experience includes:
Creating contracts and appointment letter for new employees; employee orientation; safety and training; managing staff timesheets for payroll; and general maintenance employee file. Management of reception area and reception staff.

Personal Assistant / Secretarial / Reception experience includes:

Being a Personal Assistant to various senior staff members; organisation of meetings, conferences, workshops and special functions; typing and formatting reports, proposals, and manuals; creating PowerPoint presentations and display work; digital transcription; telephone answering and screening; general correspondence; various reception duties; client liaison.

Administration experience includes:
Management of stationery, consumables, and other supplies; negotiating supplier agreements; arranging maintenance of office equipment; general administration duties.

Accounts experience includes:

Assisting with accounts payable, accounts receivable and payroll; managing petty cash; banking; expenditure reports; trust and term deposit banking.

Legal experience includes:
