Harvey, Covington and Thomas, LLC (HCT) is capable and experienced in performing financial, compliance, performance, single, operational, information systems audits, internal control reviews and Sarbanes-Oxley Compliance Services. HCT conducts the audits in accordance with Government Auditing Standards, (OMB) Circular A-133, Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS), Single Act Audit of 1984, Yellow Book, HUD guidelines and audit work paper documentation. Additionally, we can provide contract audit services relating to forward pricing rates, pre award, contract audit closing, incurred costs, financial capability, etc. in accordance with FAR, CAS and other applicable cost principles.
Professional Licensing
HCT is licensed with the Florida State Board of Accountancy as an accountancy corporation and registered in the AICPA peer review program with a current external peer review report dated June 30, 2007. Our firm utilizes Thomson PPC audit, accounting and tax guides for various types of audit engagement reports and work paper documentation.
